Service Description
This service is a package, time in booking is for an initial consultation to determine requirements and pricing A ServiceNow-aligned cybersecurity assessment that provides full visibility into assets, vulnerabilities, and business risk—mapped to a prioritized remediation roadmap. This assessment provides a comprehensive view of your organization’s security posture by aligning controls to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and identifying key gaps across people, process, and technology. It evaluates existing vulnerability management tools and their integration with ServiceNow to improve prioritization, reduce duplication, and streamline remediation workflows. The review also analyzes CMDB and asset visibility to uncover gaps in asset accuracy, service mapping, and unmanaged systems. Findings are translated into a business-aligned risk heatmap that highlights critical (“crown jewel”) assets and clearly maps vulnerabilities to business impact. The engagement concludes with a 90-day remediation roadmap outlining actionable improvements across SecOps workflows, ITSM integration, automation opportunities, CMDB maturity, and potential IRM adoption—giving organizations a clear path to strengthen security and reduce risk.
